The sky of Xi an is forever grey, due to the sand & dust from the Sichuan earthquake. No matter whether is it the radio or the tv, all e channels are broadcasting the same thing, latest news of the rescue work, recoverability of the rescued victims, interviews wif the families, callings for donations… especially since 1 June is China's Children Day, tmr will be an unforgettable children day for the thousands of children who lost their homes, their families and their schools. thousands of parents gave up their lives jus to save their children. 如果你还能活着，记得妈妈永远爱你, these are the last words from a mother to her 3 mths old baby. She used her body as a shield to protect her baby from the collapsed building. it's jus so devastating that I cant help feeling emo, everywhere i go, u see big banners of 抗震救灾 these 4 words. 这次的灾难，让中国13亿人民团结在一起，灾无情，人间有情。。。

It really makes u ponder wat r we actually doin wif our lives. R we jus living from day to day, gg to work, earn money & nothing else? If we really do meet wif a disaster now, will we go w/o any regrets?

Flying tmr~~ taking SQ flight @ T3, finally got a chance to fly at e new terminal. Told my colleagues I wanna go earlier to take photos, they bo chap me… cos we always fly SQ…
anyway, my current job is really big as it has 87 sales offices (of course we arent covering every one) all over china. We’ll be flying in by batches, first batch consists of 7 ppl including me, gg to 9 places, splitted into 3 teams each covering 3 places.

This is how my itinerary looks like:
1st stop (28 may)
东莞 Dong guan
City in central guangdong province, connected to hongkong by bus, ferry & train.
This is the HQ of the company, will oni be here for 1 nite, doin mostly admin stuffs like meeting e bosses, having dinner, etc.

2nd stop (29 may to 5 jun)
西安 Xi an
Capital of shanxi province, one of e 4 great ancient capitals of china cos it has been the capital of 13 dynasties. famous for its bing ma yong.
One of the sales office dat I’ll be covering, will be flying here by the domestic flight the nx day for stocktake & toc.

3rd stop (6 jun to 10 jun)
佛山 Fo shan
3rd largest city in guangdong. As the name suggest, it’s e home of chinese temples & architectures.
Another sales office dat I’ll be gg for toc...

4th stop (11 jun to 15 jun)
凤岗 Feng gang
A small town in dong guan. This is my last sales office, after dat will be home sweet home! Haha…

will give it 3.5 star, if u like adventures u'll like it, plot was very similar to national treasure thou... i'm jus super amazed how can 66 years old harrison ford be so agile!

was supposed to meet lm, yc & raine for ktv at 10pm, met up wif lm first for dinner at billy bombers & we treated her cos it's her bdae! haha... yc commented dat celebrating bdae for lm is cheap cos of her intolerance to dairy pdts, we can oni get a pandan cake. sang till 1am & went for supper after dat. we r jus so local, got ourselves sitted at a coffeeshop & bought beer! lol~~

slept so late dat i decided to give up running in e morning today~~ flying to guangzhou on wed, dat means i cant run for e nx 3 wks... sigh... fat jun~~

sunday was spent eating steamboat wif table @ katong. it's becoming our fav hangout place cos e food is good! zy brought his gf along, so now hw is e oni one left! *stressed* haha... joking la~




dunno y as we eat, the 2 diff soups base became e same color! haha... when e aunty came to refill our soup, she still got to ask which is which!

we got e waiter to help us take our grp photo, but she's a cmi~~ all photos turned out very blur, so eventually we used e self timer function in limin's cam. but our ms then still haven send me e photos!!!

went jogging wif maine ytd morning, followed by a good swim & jacuzzi. feel so healthy~~ & it's nice to sit in e jacuzzi chitchatting away~~ if oni i can do this every wk... but maine is leaving for japan nx wk & when she comes back i'll be leaving for china follow by aust. so, we can oni hav our nx session 2 mths later! *faints* y do i always encounter obstacles dat will disrupt my weekly running routine?! i hope smz keeps his words... haa!

compare to the other superhero movies, this show is more down to earth & realistic. i like the plot for e fact dat it makes use of science technology & not some unnatural forces, thus more believable. but of course, if u r looking for e action & excitment in the typical superhero movies, then obviously it loses out. overrall i think it's worth 3.5 stars.
