went to Hanabi Japanese restaurant at Odeon Towers wif my IPO teammates for a farewell dinner of one of my senior mgr. he's leaving EY to be a CFO at one of the IPO firm. it was a jap buffet, ard $40 per pax... i find it quite ex for e food. thou there's lobster, but kushinbon is still much better. dun really understand y the snr & mgr chose dat place, i prefer cheap & good food any day! but elsie say it's to represent how much u value the person. ok fair enough... so snr mgr muz eat ex food. & since i'm complaining so much, u all shd hav guess dat yes, we paid for the meal out of our own pocket, it's not a treat~~

after dinner we went to the Loof for a drink, the main aim is actually to get my snr mgr drunk. the place is quite nice, situated right on top of the tower, it has a nice view of city hall.
