yup, spent the whole wk3 of PA at this japanese advertsing firm at tanjiong pagar, doing the whole boring process of auditing again!! but luckily this time round i got nice food to eat! wuhahaha... there's this very famous market there wif lotsa gd food! finished my work before the targeted time, so i'm free again to do my own stuffs. umm... actually dat's bcoz i'm stuck at the balance sheet, so my senior jus say"oh, then u jus leave it i'll do." haha.. so i left all the difficult calculations to her n i happily read my newspaper n slack! anyway, this company has been making a lost for may many yrs liao, dunno y it still continue operation. n it's the 1st time i see a director being paid $3000 every mth oni! bishx! if i'm the director i'll die...

1) it's main company is in a country dat uses the worldwide tax basis so it wanna make use of it's lose here to bring over there so dat can reduce the tax amt.
